In Polk county they arrested for hitch hiking and for the purpose of just being homeless. He is also not capable of not walking that far. He now has seizures. His seizures was caused from being beatened so severely about the head. He lives in the streets of Winter Haven, Fl. I live in a different state. I cannot help him but we were told about your program from Florida Department of Motor Vehicles. Her name is Sandra Lambert. He cannot get his ID renewed with out his birth certificate. Can you help?
