Request for Proposals – 2009 Rebid SHP Grants
HSN is offering two technical assistance workshops that will address the application process for this RFP. All prospective applicants must attend one of the following workshops:
- Wednesday, August 5, 2009, 2:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.
- Friday, August 7, 2009, 8:30 a.m. – 10:30 a.m.
The workshops will be held at the Heart of Florida United Way in the Ted Crowell Room (2nd floor), 1940 Traylor Boulevard, Orlando, FL 32804.

Application timeline:
- Grant applications are due 5:00 p.m. Monday, August 31, 2009.
- The review committee meets the week of August 31, 2009, to make selections.
- Awards will be announced on September 4, 2009.
- Grant implementations are expected to begin September 8, 2009.
