Homeless Services Network of Central Florida

The Florida Homeless Policy Council is meeting in Orlando from 9 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 26, 2010, on the 9th Floor (Overlook Room) of Orlando City Hall. The primary topic of discussion will be the impact of the US Interagency Council on Homelessness  Federal Strategic Plan to Prevent and End Homeless which was released on June 22, 2010. (Download here.) Key issues will focus on both State and local policy, program design, and interagency collaboration to meet the goals set forth in the plan.

HSN urges you to review the Executive Summary of the plan and attend to meeting on August 26 to provide feedback to the Florida Policy Council during its discussions.
