Welcome to Central Florida’s Coordinated Entry System (CES)
Serving FL CoC 507 – Orange, Osceola and Seminole Counties
The Coordinated Entry System aims to be a person-centered process that streamlines access to supportive services and housing using data-driven methods so that we can serve our community’s most vulnerable individuals and families experiencing homelessness.
Central Florida launched a successful CES in September 2015 which:
-
Ensures those experiencing homelessness are known by name
-
Increased seamless connections between housing agencies
-
Moved us away from “first come-first serve” approach to housing, allowing for a more efficient use of community resources
-
Incorporates a Housing First Approach
