What is Rapid Rehousing?
Rapid Rehousing (RRH) quickly moves families, individuals and youth out of homelessness by providing housing and time-limited rental assistance. The goals for rapid rehousing are to help participants get housing, keep housing and increase independence through connections to natural and professional supports.
Services are creative and flexible and case managers are trained on best practices such as Housing First, Trauma-Informed Care, and Motivational Interviewing. In this community, we believe that families are the experts on themselves and we empower them to direct their services and supports while on their housing journey.
