Additional Resources & Information

“Coordinated Entry Hubs” (listed below) are safe locations where people experiencing homelessness can meet with trained workers to explore housing resources. Please know:

• Unfortunately, most emergency shelters, particularly those for families, are full, and housing programs do have waiting lists.

• But hub workers will do everything possible to help you explore alternatives to being on the streets. They'll examine whether you have any support systems and then try to connect you with housing resources.

• Services depend on eligibility and are not provided at the initial visit. Outreach workers are available on a first-come, first-seen basis until capacity is reached.

• The entire family doesn’t need to be present — only the head of household.
