Brighter Days: Housing Youth & Young Adults (16-24)
Brighter Days Central Florida, our campaign to help older teens and young adults experiencing homelessness, means connecting people ages 16-24 both to housing and the opportunities they need to change the trajectory of their lives. Help can include rental assistance, host homes, diversion support, navigation guides, case workers, and connection to health care, job training and educational programs.
Service providers will find all the necessary forms to enroll participants below. In addition, click here for a resource guide specifically targeted to help youth and young adults locate food pantries, meals, health care, counseling, legal aid and other aid.
